My name is Katerina and I am from Denmark. I had gone to the Karpathos Hospital for a health problem that was bothering me. To be more precise, the hotel reception insisted that I go there because it would be better for me. They told me that it was a new hospital with excellent service. I went there and for half an hour no one paid any attention to me. I didn't know what to do. After another twenty minutes passed, I asked a woman who worked there what I should do to be seen. She told me that I had to wait. People were coming in and people were coming out. Some were arguing with the doctors and the staff. In the end, my husband got really angry about the whole system there and we left there with the intention of visiting a private doctor. We knew that there was a very nice and good doctor in the center of Pigadia. After we found the Clinic, we parked outside and went inside. As soon as the secretary saw us, she asked what the problem was and immediately called Dr. Socrates who was in his office. Before the doctor came, two sweet nurses immediately approached me and led me to the examination room. I will never forget how beautiful and clean the Clinic was. The doctor immediately came and greeted us with a smile. I explained the problem to him and he immediately examined me and found my diagnosis. He gave me a good treatment and within half an hour I no longer felt pain. The nurses were running up and down to serve me. The secretary made us coffee and sweets. Within half an hour everything was done. I think the hospital is overrated for no reason. There is a lot of advertising about the hospital while in reality none of it is true. Doctor Socrates deserves many compliments just from his behavior. He was so sweet and helpful that I almost forgot about my problem. Well done.
